Hi! KC Deep Clean looks forward to your upcoming cleaning. Please take a moment to add a card on file before your scheduled cleaning. The card is held on our square file for our cancellation policy and you can change the form of payment upon completion!
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning, that is no problem. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be billed 50% of your scheduled cleaning price. We have all had things come up at the last minute. This is not an attempt to make money off life's unexpected events. The 50% cancellation fee will be applied to our employees’ paychecks. Keep in mind that a last-minute cancellation may result in several lost hours for your cleaning crew.
